About Dr. Meg
“Compassion and insight into our struggles can lead to powerful, positive changes in life. Through a relational and strength-based approach, I aim to empower others to take the needed steps to live a more passionate and rewarding life. Each of us has unique experiences and inner wisdom that can be fostered through a trusting therapeutic relationship. By becoming more aware of your responses to situations, re-story your interpretation of events, and break habits stored in the brain that are no longer useful, you can reach your optimal level and adapt to what life throws at you.”
‘Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.” - Albert Einstein
