There are many ways to learn and some children and adults need to be taught in a manner that fits their learning style. This course provides an outline of divergent presentations such as sensory processing, autism spectrum, learning disabilities, ADHD, and giftedness. Learn how to assess, perform continued assessment, implement learning activities, and improve learning through the use of specific tools and activities.

Mental Skills Training

Your mental game transforms your performance from good to great. Focusing skills, intrinsic motivation, stamina, imagery, goal setting, determination, confidence, positive mind set, emotion regulation, accessing the flow state, etc. all play a part in reaching your optimal potential. This course lays out the framework to efficiently and effectively up your game in business, sports, and performance.

Neurofeedback: Training the Brain

Neurofeedback, or biofeedback for the brain, is a tool to help you overcome challenges and promote optimal brain function. This course is an introduction to reading brain maps, understanding how brainwaves relate to function, and what protocols are used to entrain the brain toward optimal function.

What Goes on Under the Hood

This course provides an intermediate level understanding of brain structure and function. You will learn cortical, subcortical, and network brain activity, how this relates to behavior, and the types of interventions used to improve function.
